Settlement between Bibi Farah Sultan, daughter of the late Karbalayi Muhammad Riza and wife of Muhammad Ja‘far Hammami [the bath-keeper] from Shiraz, and Agha Bibi, daughter of the late Aqa Bayg and wife of Mashhadi Mahmud Vash-furush [the cottonwool merchant], over all of her rights to a house inherited from her mother, located in the Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz, for fifteen tumans. On the margin, Agha Bibi settles the above property with her husband, Mashhadi Mahmud, for fifteen tumans.

Sale document between Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin Kalantar [sheriff] with the power of attorney from his wife, Maryam Khanum (daughter of Aqa Muhammad Ja‘far), and Mirza Sayyid Ghulamhusayn and Haj Sayyid Mirza (son of Mirza Hasan) over one-sixth of Zia’ Abad farm near Narmashir in addition to a date garden and three kharvars [unit of weight] wheat and barley in exchange for one hundred and ten tumans. Lease, 1881
On November 25, 1880, Muhammad Riza Khan, son of Aqa Muhammad Rahim, leased some properties to Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, the merchant and son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad Kazim. Following a claim by Khavar Sultan, wife of the late Brigadier Muhammad Karim Khan, part of the property belongs to her. Thus, an adjustment was made to the amount of the lease. On November 23, 1881, Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad became the sole tenant of the property by paying Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far.
